Rob Harden, Service Manager

Rob Harden was hired directly out of DeVry Technical Institute to a bench service technician position. He was responsible for interacting with customers to assess the nature of system and equipment failures. He then would coordinate with manufacture’s technical departments to determine corrective action and repairs needed. Once repairs were executed, equipment was thoroughly evaluated and tested for optimum performance. This attention to detail and trouble-shooting ability was transferred to a field service position where entire facilities became the focus of evaluation.

At CEI, Rob has project managed local installations from design to customer training. Rob has also managed CEI’s local service department and administrated all corresponding documentation. Rob now serves as CEI’s national and local service manager. He coordinates CEI’s vast network of service providers in executing preventative maintenance and requests for service. Thoroughness and efficiency is employed, as the entire United States becomes the field of service. Courteous, knowledgeable and equipped technicians are what CEI’s customers expect when the need for service arises. Rob Harden is committed to delivering prompt, cost effective service in an effort to minimize equipment down time.
